Information you give us

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to provide any services you ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting server records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working. If analytics is enabled, we also measure which pages are visited so we can improve them.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember preferences such as dark mode. Analytics and advertising services may set their own cookies, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising on the blog

The Digixite Blog may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or at www.aboutads.info. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting and email), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@digixite.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
